Our Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in mutually beneficial manner.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, where the product:

was ordered in error;
is faulty or damaged;
does not meet your expectations.
There are some products that have restrictions, or may not be returnable.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.

Your responsibilities
When returning a product, please make sure that it is in good condition, unassembled and in its original packaging.

If the products are not in a state where they can be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return.

Please be aware that returns are restricted for certain products and some products cannot be returned online.

Product warranty
Most Norfolk Manufacturing products have a warranty period of 24 months. This means that if any
Norfolk Manufacturing product develops a fault, you can return items for up to two years from the date you received it.

Some products are subject to the supplier’s warranty, which in some cases may be longer or shorter than 24 months. Please check the product specifications for individual suppliers’ warranty information.
